Dear JCLC Families,
We are excited to welcome you to JCLC Eagle Family Day on Friday, June 19, 2026, at the Virginia Military Institute (VMI). We look forward to sharing the accomplishments of your cadets and celebrating a successful week of leadership development and training.
Please review the following important information prior to your arrival:
PARKING
Upon arrival at VMI, please follow the posted JCLC Family Day parking signs. These signs will direct you to the designated family parking areas. We ask that all visitors park only in authorized locations to ensure traffic flow and safety throughout the event.
FAMILY CANOPY/TENT AREA
Attached to this email is a Field Day schematic that identifies the designated Family Canopy Area. Families who plan to bring tents, canopies, chairs, or other items should set up only within the designated area shown on the map. This will allow everyone to enjoy the activities while maintaining clear access to competition and training areas.
MEALS
Families are welcome to eat in Crozet Hall (the VMI dining facility) during meal periods; however, all visitors must pay for their own meals. Meal purchases are handled directly by VMI Dining Services.
