OH MY GOODNESS those fires are huge and there's so many. Wow.

They can't fight all that at once up there. This is about to get a lot worse before it gets better.

The fires are burning so hot that we're seeing them create their own weather from rising hot air. Some even set off their own thunderstorms! Pyrocumulus clouds are being seen.

Get ready for bouts of smoke for the next few weeks most likely.

Just, wow.

The Upper Peninsula is about to see lightning levels way outside the norm! Get ready for a heck of a light show. These will likely be severe with straight line winds also. Please be cautious as these arrive around sunset or just after.

This line races southeast into the evening and overnight, so eventually everyone could see maxed out lightning levels.

Make sure you are using surge protectors rated for lightning. OR... unplug valuable electronics.

As always, please use a reaction on these posts. Facebook is telling all of us creators to tell you that interacting on posts means my success haha. Anything helps, a simple thumbs up, a heart, wow face, anything! Leave a comment and share if you wish also!
