In response to parking lot access when the pool or the clubhouse are not in use.
The Board had the chain installed at the clubhouse parking lot in response to ongoing issues with trespassing and unauthorized activity. As the parking lot is private Association property and has not been designated for waiting or parking, the restriction is intended to address safety concerns and reduce potential liability for the community.

We understand that school bus hours can be busy, and traffic may feel more congested during that time. However, bus stop locations and related safety matters are determined by the school district. If you have concerns about the stop placement or accessibility, we recommend contacting the district directly. At this time, the parking lot will remain closed. The lot will be opened when events are taking place at the clubhouse as well as when the pool is open.

Neighbors,
Thank you for coming out last night. Your input is invaluable to our success.
We have a serious issues in our backyard, and we need your help to help fix it.
Neighbors that live in PP since it was built were told about a flood plan in the back and that no one is supposed to build on it. It has been reported and noticed that someone is building back there. We also learned that the person is shooting bow and arrows and causing disturbance to his closest Neighbors.
There is a meeting on zoning this Monday, at 7. Please show up and voice any concerns.
Also, as you know, the city is responsible for our streets. I know a lot of you voiced your concerns about people parking on the streets. Please take pictures for the board and call the code and zoning number for the city. The number is 7709431616.
Here is the information about the meeting.
The Powder Springs City Council typically meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 PM, but the schedule can change for holidays. Upcoming meetings include a City Council Work Session today, November 20, 2025, at 5:00 PM, and a Planning and Zoning Public Hearing on November 24, 2025, at 7:00 PM. Meetings are held at City Hall, located at 4483 Pineview Drive, unless otherwise specified.

City Council Work Session: Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
Planning and Zoning Public Hearing: Monday, November 24, 2025, at 7:00 PM.
City Council Regular Meeting: The next regular meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 1, 2025, at 7:00 PM.

Peach Plantation Community if anyone wants to attend tonight's meeting and speak, you need to be there 20 minutes prior to the 7:00 p.m. start. They will allow 5 minutes each to the first 12 people.

I celebrated my dad's 75th birthday at the clubhouse last weekend, and I was surprised by the amount of people we were able to fit in. We couldn't find a bigger place available for the weekend we wanted, so we opted for the clubhouse as a last resort. I am sharing this to let tou know that it is available for your party and gathering, for a very mini.al fee.
We put the food outside so we can use the whole room. We had 4 round tables with 8 people each, and one long setting for and additional 16 people.

NOTICE: POOL CLOSED DUE TO VANDALISM

On June 1st, the community pool was deliberately vandalized. As a result, the pool is closed immediately and will remain closed until all necessary repairs are completed.We are actively reviewing surveillance footage and are cooperating with local law enforcement to identify those responsible.

Since Facebook will be proposing to charge a $7.99 fee, I do not give permission to Facebook to charge $7.99 a month to any account of mine that was offered to me for free, in addition all of my photos that I uploaded are solely property of myself and not Facebook!
With that said, I have not given Facebook or any other Social media platform ownership to my photos
Rumors added that this information was viewed on Channel 13 News in Baltimore Maryland that “Facebook will be charging all users starting Monday and that everyone are entitled to an "opt-out" by posting the above.
