BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT
Date: Thursday, August 27th
When: 4:30 to 6:00 PM

Come visit the school, meet your teachers, drop off supplies, and connect with friends/classmates. If you are need of supplies, we have some donated items to choose from.

Please stop by to buy ice cream and carwash tickets in support of our 5th graders outdoor education camp. Our amazing PTA will also be there for you to learn more about supporting Pearson.

We hope to see everyone there! Enjoy the last bit of summer

Please join us in welcoming Tim Garrison as the new Principal of Hilder Pearson Elementary School beginning July 1, 2026!

Mr. Garrison brings nearly three decades of educational experience and deep roots in North Kitsap. His experience as a teacher, principal, district administrator, and most recently a fifth-grade teacher at Vinland Elementary School has given him a broad perspective on supporting students, staff, and families.

A relationship-focused leader, Mr. Garrison is committed to creating a school community where students can learn, grow, and thrive. We are excited to welcome him to Hilder Pearson and look forward to the leadership and experience he will bring to the school.

What a fun (and yummy!) morning at Pearson Elementary's 2nd Annual Military Pancake Breakfast! 🥞 Thank you to everyone who helped make this event happen and to our families for having breakfast with us. As Principal Frick said to our military families, "we are grateful to be able to serve you for one day, since you serve us everyday". 💜🎖️

Pearson Elementary had quite a day of celebrations! 🦁

Students who won the school's Read-A-Thon got a very special reward — the Poulsbo Fire Department stopped by and let them take control of a real fire hose, which they used to drench Principal Frick. It's safe to say that was a highlight of the year. Even the staff joined in to take a turn at spraying the principal!

The fun didn't stop there. The Warren G. Harding Freemason Lodge also came by to donate bikes to four lucky students. Thank you to the Poulsbo Fire Department and the Warren G. Harding Freemason Lodge for making this such a memorable day for our students! 🚒🚲
