ADM #25-78: Sometimes our clients pick the highest cost option for our initial site visit, so we can assist them with visualizing what "could be" via actual deliverables after our first meeting together. Here we're upgrading some underutilized space in an adjacent building on site, to assist with the growth of the company in the adjacent building, to include additional sales staff, and a new waiting area for clients and their families. This photo sketch concept will be helpful for this client to assist his staff with understanding "what's happening" with the remodeling being proposed at their work!

ADM #25-86: One of our initial site visit offerings for our clients, includes helping the clients to visualize what "could be". Here we're moving the front offices that are encroaching into the showroom sales floor into the back of the building for the managers and ownership. He asked for the sketch so he can get culture buy in with visual understanding for his staff via "after" visualization!

ADM #22-15: This client delayed construction for a couple of years while they saved up the money to GC their own build as owner/contractor, but we just received notification from the county "KITSAP COUNTY inspection R-FND, FOOTING for Permit 23-04379" which means he's now under construction! Looking forward to watching this Shop & Loft apartment style structure coming to fruition for this Kitsap County family!

ADM #21-128: APPROVED! "KITSAP COUNTY Permit 22-06043 status has changed to Ready to Issue Online" This guest house and garage new construction building was long and challenging for permitting, with multiple steps including SDAP (Site Development) permitting in conjunction with the building permitting. There were multiple reviews and resubmittals and additional requirements placed on this project due to its site, waterfront, slopes, and soils conditions.

Knowing a trusted team, hiring professionals, and allowing the patience and persistence required, coupled with the relationships with jurisdictions that we and our design team members (that we bring on board) have, is the only way we could get this across the finish line as a TEAM with the knowledge and expertise to navigate (and sustain the efforts since 2021!) to make this a permitted and constructable result!

ADM #24-59: If there's one thing that came out of CovID on the good side, it's the adaptation and comfort levels in newer tech for remote meetings and virtual collaboration.

We just got off of a Zoom and created redline notes for the Structural Engineer related to a permit RFI from the City of Shoreline, so we could make coordinated decisions in real time, and mark up drawings on screen together for our resubmittal.

Very handy to have multiple PDFs open for A- and S- sheets, and make notes live! Then you can just snippet the notes taken on all of the open PDFs, put them into one new document, and send it off in email.

ADM #22-57: It all starts with a HOLE. Just some are BIGGER than others! We had our first site visit meeting on this fun (and BIG) project in Tacoma. ADM designed 148 units of apartments in 4 floors over podium slab with on grade parking below, with Beyler Civil Engineering, Dibble Engineers Structural, Lyon Landscape, Emerald City Engineering MEP, and others. Underway now, with Jody Miller Construction.

ADM #24-73: Submitted for Permit! This was a challenging project to fit in the multiple pieces of client scope goals, site constraints, and find a way to make it feel like it "fit in" as an addition to the home. But we're pleased (as are the clients) with the outcome, which allows first for the parent to move into an appropriate "Aging in Place" solution on the main floor with privacy and independence, while offering direct access to the existing home.

These are some of the projects that make our hearts sing! We get to design things that MATTER. That make DREAMS come true for FAMILY and their future selves!
