Now Seeking Applicants: Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)

The City is currently seeking qualified and engaged residents to serve on the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA).

This is an important opportunity to play a direct role in shaping our community’s development and ensuring that zoning decisions are fair, balanced, and consistent with local ordinances. The ZBA is responsible for reviewing variance requests, interpreting zoning regulations, and hearing appeals related to land use decisions.

We are looking for individuals who:

*Are residents of the city
*Demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, and impartiality
*Are willing to review materials thoroughly and participate in meetings
*Have an interest in community planning, development, or public service

Prior experience in zoning, planning, construction, or law is helpful but not required.

Serving on the ZBA is a meaningful way to contribute to your community, help preserve neighborhood character, and support responsible growth.

Interested applicants are encouraged to apply by completing an application.
