SEPTEMBER 11, 2001

We remember the men and women who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and a nation that came together in the days that followed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Meet SRO Helmuth!!! He is currently at Post Falls Middle School.

His favorite thing about being an SRO- - "I love getting to know the students and helping them navigate all the new life experiences that middle school brings. Being an SRO has allowed me to connect with students and the Post Falls community in ways that I never expected and I'm excited to help guide more students in the year ahead! Go Spartans!"

Thanks to all who volunteered at the last Friends of Post Falls Community Forest event! The group began a three-part trail improvement project at the head of 5th Canyon. Much progress was made installing switch backs and rock steps to make this trail more passable. Without these volunteers and their efforts, this and projects like this would not be possible.

🚌 School is back in session!

This is a great reminder to keep school bus safety in mind all school year long. With buses back on their routes and more traffic around schools, please slow down, stay alert and know the rules when approaching a school bus.

Let’s help keep our students, families and bus drivers safe! 💙

The first day back to school is always an exciting, nervous and busy time for all of our families out there. With the increase in traffic in the morning, and school buses back on routes around town, we wanted to share some school bus guidance. Be safe out there and we hope the first day of school is great!
