Riverside Harbor Homeowners Association THE RIVERSIDE HARBOR COMMUNITY
Riverside Harbor is a community in motion and simultaneously a place of privacy.

Neighborhood News, Information, and Resources for the Riverside Harbor, Post Falls, ID community — provided by the Riverside Harbor Homeowners Association (RHHA) The build-out by the developer is completed and only a few scattered lots remain in the subdivision. Families of all ages and interests have chosen residence and made their home in Riverside Harbor. There are three private parks available

for HOA families to enjoy. Our largest park is Beach Park which is located along the banks of the Spokane River. Beach Park has a riverfront beach with a protected swim area, BBQ and horseshoe pit, a kid's playground, along with convenient restrooms. Circus Park is located at the Round-About on Riverside Harbor Drive. McCormick Park is at the end of the cul-de-sac on Harbor Park Court. This community is distinctive and compliments the many lifestyle choices we find in the Idaho Panhandle. Close proximity to nearly every outdoor recreation and easy access to great shopping. Riverside Harbor is a wonderful place to retreat and still share the enjoyable atmosphere that is woven through the fabric of this friendly piece of Post Falls we know as home.

Apparently a child got off of a bus on Maplewood the other day, was starting to walk towards their home when an older white male on a bicycle stopped and asked them if they wanted to come to their home where they had some candy. The child said no and ran home.

It might be a good idea to chat with any kids you have and make sure they’re aware of how they should respond in a situation like this, in case it’s not a one-off.

Regarding the restrooms at Beach Park: Be advised that the locks have been changed such that an exterior key is no longer required. You simply enter the restroom by pulling on the door, and then flip the lock to lock the restroom. We mention this on account that we've heard people have been trying their keys but not trying to pull on the door. We will be putting some additional signals on the door, including an Occupied/Vacant indicator, but until that is complete it will be less obvious what is going on. Thank you for understanding!
