Strengths of the Course
The course outline flowed very well. The visual aids/demonstrations within this class were well taught, with the specific examples of being the PB&J demonstration. I would also like to add that the exercise where students rated words in percentage that pertained to them was very informational and huge wake up to myself. This course was instructed in a way that knowledge retention was very high after leaving.

Areas of Improvement needed
I really didn't see any areas that could improve at all.

Anything else you would like to add
Mr. Whitehead was an excellent instructor. Instructor spoke clearly and loud enough to be heard. I would definitely recommend other officers and agencies to take this course for their up and coming FTO's and supervisors who need restructuring in their FTO program. Thanks again for a course well taught!
