June is Men’s Health Month! 🟦 This month is all about encouraging the men in our lives—fathers, brothers, sons, and friends—to prioritize their physical and mental well-being.

Taking care of your health doesn't have to be complicated. Start with these simple steps:

1. Schedule that checkup: Regular doctor visits can catch health issues early before they become major problems. 🩺

2. Listen to your body: Don't ignore unusual pain, fatigue, or changes in your body.

3. Talk about mental health: Mental well-being is just as important as physical fitness. It's okay to reach out and talk when things get heavy. 🧠

4. Stay active: Find a daily routine that keeps you moving, whether it's a brisk walk, hitting the gym, or playing a sport. 🏃‍♂️

Let’s use this month to break the stigma around men's health and start making wellness a daily habit. Your health is your wealth!

Is it Heat Exhaustion or Heat Stroke? 🌡️ When it gets hot outside, you need to know the difference.

Check the quick guide below:
👉 Heat Exhaustion: The person will be sweating heavily and feeling dizzy. Help them get to the AC and sip water to cool down.
👉 Heat Stroke: This is an emergency. The person stops sweating, their skin is hot and dry, and they may pass out. Call 9-1-1 right away.

Share this with your family and friends to keep everyone safe this summer! 🌊
