Operation Inflation We send inflatable costumes to the community of Portland.

OPERATION INFLATION distributes free inflatable costumes for community members to wear at ICE protest sites to help deflate (pun intended) the tensions surrounding protests.

Jan. 31st 2026, during the ICE OUT March to the ICE facility, DHS made a critical error: they revealed their hand. With a policy of disencentivizing protest participation, they tear gassed families. In doing so, they exposed their vulnerability to a united population.

The Portland Frog Brigade, famous for exploiting and commodifying the work of anti-fascist organizers, has partnered with Defiance.org, whose founder, Miles Taylor, helped sell the policy that separated 5,500 children from their families and locked them in cages. Together, they are hosting the "State of the Swamp": a protest-themed watch party of Trump's State of the Union address. Where, if you pay 200 dollars to be a "super attendee", they'll give you an anti-fascist-themed frog costume.
