St. Vincent de Paul - Portland Council

St. Vincent de Paul - Portland Council The Portland Council helps with small grants of assistance when it will stop an eviction or a shut-off of certain utilities. Hotline hours are 9:30 a.m.

We also provide emergency food assistance, and may give referrals to other social services agencies. Our Emergency Services Hotline takes orders and appointments for food, rent, and utility help. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays, except major holidays.
