More incredible second grade peacocks! The details are so creative!

Second grade tissue paper flowers. Students first painted vines and leaves with different shades of green. Next they folded and cut tissue paper to create beautiful flowers. They turned out so vibrant and beautiful!

Well, this was a little late for Valentine’s Day! But, we finally finished these “Open Hearts” inspired by Jason Naylor! 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students made these with sharpies and then painted over them with neon tempera paint.

Second grade made these amazing peacocks! They practiced color blending to create the backgrounds, used cut paper to create the patterns on the feathers, and then decorated with paint pen.
