Looking to Strengthen Family Peer Support?
The PEARLS initiative helps organizations build the skills needed to deliver authentic, high-quality Family Peer Support.
Through individualized coaching, supervisor support, practical tools, and guidance for working with staff who have lived experience, PEARLS helps organizations create stronger supports for families.
PEARLS coaching focuses on six core meta-skills:
