One of the best events of the year is Summer Reading Bike Raffle Winner Pick Day! 🚲 🎉

There’s still so much to share about this year’s Summer Reading—including a more detailed recap as well as a huge thank you to the generous community organizations and businesses that readily donated prizes and treats for our participants and our PPL staff who work so hard behind the scenes to make Summer Reading such a success...but for now, enjoy a few photos from the day with Triangle Lodge No. 1!

✨ Gloria Steinem (1934-2026) passed away peacefully at her home in New York City, surrounded by some of the many who loved her. Gloria’s near-century on earth were years well-lived, and she continued working for equality until the very end. - Gloria's Foundation

She had an itinerant childhood. Every fall, her father would pack the family into the car and they would drive across the country, in search of their next adventure. The seeds were planted: Steinem would spend much of her life on the road, as a journalist, organizer, activist, and speaker.
