Relay Resources is a leading disability social enterprise nonprofit in the Pacific Northwest, with a mission to transform workplaces and communities by championing disability inclusion

We employ nearly 900 team members in four lines of business: building solutions, which includes janitorial, landscaping, and floor care services; document solutions; supply chain solutions; and disability inclusion

and accessibility consulting services. Additionally, Relay operates three programs: Supported Employment, which places and supports disabled people in competitive jobs in the community; abilIT, a new cybersecurity and technology training and job placement program; and Affordable Housing, which manages 850 units for 1,500 residents, 27% of whom have a family member with a disability. We’re excited to share that Relay President & CEO Dr. Jennifer Camota Luebke will be speaking at the upcoming Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Leadership Night hosted by Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon (PACCO).

Dr. Jennifer will join fellow business leaders, policymakers, and community advocates for an evening centered on celebrating AANHPI leadership, community impact, and the power of representation across industries.

Congratulations to Relay Resources CEO Dr. Jennifer Camota Luebke for receiving the Civil Rights Champion Award at the 2026 Liberty & Hope Awards hosted by the League of Minority Voters.

Dr. Jennifer was honored alongside other prominent community leaders including U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley, Congresswoman Janelle Bynum, and Washington County Commissioner Nafesa Fai.

This recognition reflects years of advocacy grounded in action, from advancing voting access and disability rights to building pathways to employment and belonging for disabled people across Oregon.

Under Dr. Jennifer’s leadership, Relay continues to push for systems change that recognizes disabled people as an essential part of every workplace, community, and movement for justice. That work has always included showing up in solidarity across intersecting identities and communities, because disability justice cannot exist in isolation.

LeJon Butler, Relay Resources' director of janitorial operations, was recently awarded an International Facility Management Association scholarship for his Facility Management Professional credential!

Through this scholarship, LeJon will pursue both the Facility Management Professional (FMP) credential and Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification. “Obtaining the FMP and CFM credentials has been a career goal of mine,” LeJon shared.

These are industry-recognized programs designed to strengthen leadership, operational, and facility management expertise.

We’re proud to support LeJon in reaching this milestone and excited for the expertise these credentials will continue to bring to Relay’s operations as we grow into new opportunities.

Disabled voters continue to experience unequal access to voting. In the 2022 elections, 1 in 5 voters with disabilities reported difficulty voting or needing assistance while voting.

Accessible voting is a structural issue, not an individual one. Here are a few accessible voting reminders and resources that may be helpful for you, your family, or your community!
