🌸 Friday Community Gathering • 5–8 PM 🌸
All women, trans, and nonbinary folks are welcome.
Join us tonight for food, community, supplies, and connection. 💛

This week, we’re honored to welcome the S*x Workers Resource Project (SWRP), an organization supporting full-service and in-person s*x workers throughout Portland through harm reduction, mobile outreach, mutual aid, and community care.

Through their Pink Van project, SWRP brings parenting supplies, hygiene resources, Narcan, harm reduction tools, and more directly to communities across East County. Their work centers dignity, safety, and meeting people where they are.

Tonight’s gathering will also include:
✨ Multnomah County Harm Reduction (MCHR)
✨ Boutique + essential supplies
✨ Shared meal and community space

Today we share an important transition in the Rahab’s Sisters community. 💛

After five years of extraordinary leadership, Desiree Eden Ocampo will be stepping down as Executive Director of Rahab’s Sisters this July to become the next Executive Director of Rose Haven.

We celebrate this transition wholeheartedly. Desiree Eden has helped shape Rahab’s Sisters into a community grounded in radical hospitality, radical inclusion, and deep care for women, trans, and nonbinary people in our region. Her leadership is woven into the foundation of this work and will continue to guide us forward.

We are deeply grateful for all she has built alongside staff, volunteers, guests, partners, and supporters.

The Rahab’s Sisters Board of Directors is working to ensure a thoughtful and stable transition, and we will share more updates as they are available.

Thank you for being part of this community with us. 💛

In April, we spent time together in an ecology-focused gathering planting, drawing, and tracing roots and flowers with our hands.

Simple materials, shared space, and attention to what grows when we slow down and make something together.

Just a taste of what’s in store this spring. Thanks to everyone who was part of it.
