👉🏻It’s difficult when you are in hell to start learning about your rights but no time like the present to do so!

👉🏻Also, it is good to teach our offspring about their rights too!

👉🏻For example, did you know that judges have an ACTIVE BAR status? Did you know that is against the USC? To accept a title of nobility (Esquire), is forbidden in the USC!!

👉🏻The only way we can make traction in these fake courts is to take them to task, defend our rights. Don’t play in the system.

➡️GAL and PC are attorneys. They are not the parents of your offspring.

➡️And for sure never petition for either of these hired guns.

➡️GALs and PCs commonly side with the abuser and since the court system is also part of the abuse gang, the safety of the offspring is overlooked.

✅ Family court relies on the presumption that parents do not know their rights. And they are mostly right! Very few know their rights to begin with and end up in the courtroom confused, angry at the outcome and dismayed.

⚠️I know because I’ve been there. I knew something was wrong but didn’t know why.

💯I kept digging to find the answers- the truth! - I’m still on the path. However, from what I’ve learned, I’ve been able to file many documents that inform the court I know their criminal ways.

One of the most important things we can learn is how to present ourselves in court.

A mistake I see being made is the term "pro se". No! You do not want to present yourself as pro se.

1.) You aren't an attorney, you don't have a BAR number and you most certainly don't want to be held to their (criminal) standard!

2.) You can NOT re-present yourself. You can't clone yourself so being "represented" (pro se) can't possibly happen.

3.) You are a woman (or a man), sui juris. You want FULL standing in court.

4.) You are not under guardianship or legal control of another (sui juris).

5.) Yes, Pro Se means to handle one's own legal case in court (no lawyer) but you never want to use this term in court.

➡️ due process is US constitution 5th and 14th amendment

✅due process includes witness called to testify, an unbiased tribunal, given the opportunity to present evidence and witnesses, the right to know opposing evidence, the right to cross-examine adverse witnesses, a decision based on evidence presented, and that evidence be presented by the tribunal in written findings of fact and reasons for its decision.

📕Learning law is something everyone must do in order to protect our children and in order for the criminal street gang to be dismantled.
