New Avenues for Youth New Avenues for Youth is a non-profit serving Portland's homeless and at-risk youth. We believe every youth is valuable and deserves the opportunity to succeed.

We offer programs and services designed to empower youth to exit street life and lead healthy, independent lives. Since 1997, New Avenues for Youth has provided services and programs for Portland's homeless and at-risk youth. Through our drop in center, school, job training program, alcohol & drug and mental health counseling, and transitional housing program, we are helping thousands of young people exit the streets and lead independent lives.
