Attached is the city ordinance regarding Building Permits. Permit applications may be picked up at City Hall.

Sec. 119-42. - Building permits.
(a)Generally. It shall be unlawful for any building to be located, erected, moved, or added to, or structurally altered, without obtaining a building permit issued by the building inspector. No building permit shall be issued except in conformance with the provisions of this chapter.
