🚨 STORM ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR PORTER COUNTY RESIDENTS & BUSINESSES 🚨
The Porter County Emergency Management Agency, in partnership with the Indiana Department of Homeland Security (IDHS), has established a One-Stop-Shop Information Center for residents and businesses affected by the severe storm on August 11, 2026.

Those impacted by the storm will have the opportunity to meet directly with representatives from multiple local, state, and federal agencies to:

âś… Learn about available assistance programs
âś… Get help navigating the application process
âś… Receive information on mold cleanup and vital records replacement
âś… Get guidance regarding insurance, housing, FEMA assistance, BMV needs, and more
