HEALTHY SOILS GRANT APPLICATIONS FOR COMPOST & MANURE PURCHASE AND SPREADING WILL BE RELEASED ON
SEPTEMBER 2, 2025

ROOSEVELT SWCD WILL PAY 100% OF THE ACTUAL COST, NOT TO EXCEED $6500, WITH A MAXIMUM OF $40 PER ACRE FOR MANURE APPLICATION AND $58.50 PER ACRE FOR COMPOST APPLICATION PER PROJECT. NO FREIGHT COSTS INCLUDED.

Applications containing all required information and documentation will be reviewed and approved on a first-come-first-served basis until funding is expended. If your application is incomplete, it will be returned to you for completion and re-submittal, moving you down in line for review.
