Congratulations to our South Shore athletes who qualified for the Track Sectional on May 29th! Your hard work and dedication have made our school proud!

🔹 Rylee Dahlgren – 100M Dash & Long Jump
🔹 Sophie Truchon – 1600M, 800M, & 3200M
🔹 Addy LaFontaine – 100M Hurdles, 300M Hurdles, & Long Jump
🔹 4x400 Relay Team – John Truchon, Elijah Ciembronowicz, Peyton Pearson, & Ricardo Devita (Alt. Soren Hoyer)

A special congratulations goes out to Addy LaFontaine, who will be advancing to the State Meet in La Crosse on June 5th & 6th in THREE events! 🎉

🥇 1st Place – 100M Hurdles
🥈 2nd Place – 300M Hurdles
🥉 3rd Place – Long Jump

We are incredibly proud of all of our athletes and coaches for an outstanding season and all of the effort they put in throughout the year. 🍀Best of luck to Addy as she represents South Shore at the State Meet!

Check out the progress happening at South Shore from the first week of moving and construction!

Key accomplishments from week 1 include:

✅ Everything packed and moved from the 1977 (grades 7-12) portion of building

✅ Asbestos abatement underway

✅ Excavation and site work underway

✅ Demolition and preparation for significant HVAC work coming this summer

Don’t worry students, it looks like a mess now, but Phase I will be ready for your arrival in a few short months! 🏫

Two years in a row and still going strong! 👏

South Shore High School earned the Distinction in Speech Award at the Wisconsin State Speech Festival for the second consecutive year, placing among the top six to ten percent of medal earning schools statewide.

With more than 300 competing schools, this is quite an achievement for South Shore!
