Hopefully, many of you who follow my page are also familiar with Dan West and his website at https://www.west2k.com/ohio.htm. I saw last week that he had Claysville Junction listed as a station in Warren County Ohio, but had no image. I knew Mike Mason and I had a great image for that depot and turning-Y of the Grasshopper and the Little Miami RR. The station was just south of Roxanna-New Burlington Road, about 1.4 miles walking. I shared our image with Dan West and he got it posted. Thanks, Dan! -- Please use and share Dan's site, but also feel free to send him some thank you support if you can. You can see the station here: https://www.west2k.com/ohstations/warren.shtml just scroll down to Claysville Junction.

The old Bowersville, OH depot that I got shots of below, was a topic of conversation between me and a woman named Iola Creamer. She lived in Bowersville, OH when the depot was there WITH running trails on the DT&I! -- FYI DT&I Group! She is 106 years old!

While chatting with residents of Bowersville, Ohio about the The Grasshopper Railroad on Facebook, I ended up selling a book to Elaine Lehman and she owns and is restoring the old Bowersville, Ohio Depot! It is the only surviving depot on the former Grasshopper route. I have seen the outside of the depot many times, but never seen the inside until today! You can see it now too! There are still 5-6 glass windows that are intact! Thanks for saving history, Elaine! Maybe some of the Grasshopper fans will try to help out or visit the depot sometime!
