It's September! School is in full swing, "fall" sports are underway, and plenty is happening around our community. We're looking forward to a great month!

On Patriot Day, we pause to remember the lives lost and thank the frontline heroes who keep us safe everyday day.

August may be winding down, but around here, summer definitely isn't over yet! There is still time for a few more adventures, lazy afternoons, and making memories. What's still on your summer bucket list?

Dogs can help reduce stress, boost our mood, keep us active, and just make us smile. And you don't have to have a dog of your own to enjoy some of those benefits. Volunteering at an animal shelter is a great way to spend time with a four-legged friend while giving back.

You do not have to be a parent to become a foster parent. Foster parents receive the training and support they need to prepare for the journey. You don't have to have all the answers or experience - you need a willingness to learn and provide a safe, supportive home for a child.
