The City of Port Neches is now accepting applications for a Customer Service Clerk in the Finance Department.

Applications will be accepted August 12, 2026 until August 26, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

The City of Port Neches is now accepting applications to sit for the Police Officer Entrance Examination on Monday, August 10, 2026.

This examination will be utilized to fill one existing vacancy within the department and to establish an eligibility list for future vacancies.

PLEASE NOTE: Applications are NOT accepted via Facebook. Please download an application from the City's website or pick one up at City Hall.

Candidates MUST already hold a TCOLE Certification at time of application or no later than the day of examination. The City DOES NOT send candidates to the Peace Officer Academy.

Applications will be accepted until 5:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2026. Examination for qualified applicants will be given on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
