Chairman Jim Booth stopped by Assemblyman Karl Brabenec 's 2026 campaign kickoff in Port Jervis this morning.

Karl has been a tireless advocate for Minisink and the 98th District in the Assembly.

The Committee wil meet and make our endorsements soon. But, it is safe to say, Minisink is Brabenec country.

Good Morning!

Another election has come and gone.

Congratulations to our Minisink GOP team led by Supervisor Barbara Clifford. Even though they were unopposed, they still worked hard to earn your vote. They take the trust you have shown them seriously and will continue to work hard for the betterment of our town.

Congratulations to our Orange County GOP team led by.County Executive Steve Neuhaus. Steve works hard for all of us day in and day out. The voters of Orange County, regardless of party, see that, and they awarded him an unprecedented fourth term in office. Congratulations as well to David M. Hoovler Orange County DA, Orange County Clerk Kelly Eskew, the entire judicial slate, and County Legislator Paul Ruszkiewicz.

Due to changes in New York election law, we will be moving to even-year elections for town offices. So, some of the Town slate who won last night will need to run again next November. We will be talking more about next year in the days and weeks ahead.

Thank you again, Minisink, for your continued support.
