A strong fire department is built not only by the Firefighters and EMTs who answer the call, but by a community that stands behind them. The support, generosity, and commitment of community members make it possible for us to continue serving and protecting the people of Setauket.
The Maltese Cross represents the eight traits that define the fire service: gallantry, perseverance, loyalty, dexterity, explicitness, observation, tact, and sympathy.
The Lippe family’s sustained and generous support of the Setauket Fire Department has helped us advance our mission and better serve our community. Our Department relies heavily on the generosity of donors and supporters who believe in the importance of the fire service.
We are proud to recognize Cynthia and David Lippe as Honorary Members of the Setauket Fire Department in appreciation of their extraordinary generosity, unwavering support, and commitment to our Department and community.
Their continued support has helped strengthen our Department and allows us to better serve the community we are proud to protect.
From all of us at the Setauket Fire Department, thank you for your dedication, generosity, and belief in our mission. We are honored to welcome you into the Setauket Fire Department family.
