Need a little extra support this month? The NBVC Food Share & Diaper Distribution is here to help military families and community members with access to food and diapers.

✔️ Open to all hands
✔️ One issue per family/address
✔️ Diapers available for all parents with children who have base access
✔️ Bring a laundry basket, tote, or box to carry items home

Volunteers are also welcome! Arrive by 0800 for the volunteer brief and preparation.

Connection and resilience strengthen our military community. Join Fleet and Family Support Center and MWR Fitness for Anchored in Community: A Spouse Social Beach Yoga on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the NBVC Point Mugu Family Beach. This beginner-friendly session combines gentle movement and Mind-Body Mental Fitness techniques to support stress management, wellness, and social connection among military spouses. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat or towel. FFSC resources will also be available to support overall well-being. Open to all experience levels.
