Connection and resilience strengthen our military community. Join Fleet and Family Support Center and MWR Fitness for Anchored in Community: A Spouse Social Beach Yoga on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the NBVC Point Mugu Family Beach. This beginner-friendly session combines gentle movement and Mind-Body Mental Fitness techniques to support stress management, wellness, and social connection among military spouses. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat or towel. FFSC resources will also be available to support overall well-being. Open to all experience levels.
