Firelands Division - U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps The NSCC and NLCC offers a nautically oriented training program for young Americans, ages 10 through 17.

The program allows young people to sample military life with no obligation to join any branch of the armed forces. This is a local unit of a nationwide youth development program. We promote responsibility, fun, organization, self esteem, patriotism, and working towards their futures. We aim to broaden their horizons to learn and experience what is possible and available to them.
