Goodwill Fire Company No. 1 Port Carbon Volunteer Fire Department proudly serving the citizens of the Borough of Port Carbon, Pennsylvania and surrounding communities. Good Will Fire Co.

No. 1 is the only fire station of the Port Carbon Fire Department (PCFD). Also know as Fire District 59 from the county numbering system, PCFD currently fields a fleet of five vehicles and is staffed by a dedicated crew of volunteer firefighters and emergency medical technicians. In addition to fire protection, PCFD also provides a PA Department of Health Certified Quick Response Service (QRS) wh

ich provides rapid emergency medical response whenever an ambulance is called for in Port Carbon, Mechanicsville, Palo Alto, or Schoentown.

The officers and members of the Good Will Fire Company No. 1 send our sincere condolences to the family of Chief Engineer Randy Taylor. Randy served the fire company and the citizens of Port Carbon for over 53 years. Rest in peace Randy, we’ll take it from here.

Thank you to everyone who came out last night to support our first Lenten Fish Dinner. The event was well attended, and we appreciate everyone's patience who had an extended wait. We have a few kinks to work out of the system, but we will be back and better next week. Thank you also to our volunteers who worked the event and for everyone's continued support of the Fire Company.
