We’re grateful for the amazing turnout, the great spirit, and the opportunity to celebrate with our Coast Guard families and community. Thank you for making it a memorable day—we’re already looking forward to the next one!

Station Port Aransas participated in a stair climb at the Whataburger field on September 11th to show respect and honor to the first responders and fallen hero’s who made the ultimate sacrifice on that day to help others.

On September 14th Station Port Aransas went 23NM off shore to perform a tow on a vessel that had lost its communications and had no power. Needless to say it was our team effort and help from Sector Corpus Christi that made it possible to achieve our mission with great speed and precision

On Sunday, August 11th, our Search and Rescue Team received a call of a vessel in distress just south of Marker 37 in Laguna Madre. The team was able to take them into tow and safely moor them ashore.

Our Search and Rescue team was called to assist a fishing boat in distress, who were drifting into a dangerous zone near Corpus Christi Harbor. Coast Guard Station Port Aransas was able to put them into tow and get them safely moored ashore.

Coast Guard Station Port Aransas teams up with Air Station Corpus Christi to perform helicopter operations with our response boat medium offshore. Outstanding training for both units!
