The Port Angeles Senior & Community Center will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. We hope everyone enjoys a safe and meaningful holiday weekend.

Before then, come visit us at the 🌞 Juan de Fuca Festival Community Tent on Friday, May 22 from 2:30pm–4:30pm! We’ll be creating beautiful sun catchers together — a fun and creative activity for all ages.

We also invite you to join us for a special HOMESHARING Info Session with Nesterly on Wednesday, May 27 at 2pm.

The Port Angeles Chamber of Commerce recently partnered with Nesterly to launch the Olympic Home Share Program, helping connect homeowners with people seeking flexible and affordable housing. Learn how this innovative program supports homeowners, workers, students, and our community through shared housing opportunities, meaningful connections, and mutual support.

🩺 Stroke Awareness Presentation with Olympic Medical Center

Join us TODAY! Thursday, May 21, at 2:30pm at the Port Angeles Senior & Community Center for an informative presentation focused on stroke awareness and prevention.

Learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of stroke, preventative measures you can take, and current treatment options. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain important health information that could help save a life.

🐝 Celebrate World Bee Day with Us! 🍯

Join us at the Port Angeles Senior & Community Center on Wednesday, May 20 from 1pm–3pm for a fun and educational World Bee Day Celebration!

World Bee Day is observed annually on May 20 to raise awareness about the critical role bees and other pollinators play in sustaining biodiversity and global food security.

Enjoy guest speakers, local honey tasting, and enter to win a sweet honey bee raffle basket. Learn about the important role bees play in our environment and community, and connect with friends and neighbors.
