Erwinville Volunteer Fire Department Legacy Page Shut down by Tyrants in 2018. We currently hold a Class 3 Insurance Rating. We serve a 47 Square mile rural area in the North end of West Baton Rouge Parish.

Erwinville Volunteer Fire Department was established by a small group of dedicated Volunteers in the mid 1960's Incorporated in April, 1970 and grew to one of the highest ranked rural fire departments in the state. We currently run out of two Stations with 10 Apparatus. We run all Fire, EMS, Rescue and HAZMAT Incidents within our Fire District as well as Mutual Aid in all surrounding Fire Districts and two adjacent Parishes.
