* Meeting Minutes from Aug. 12, 2026 - PASSED
* No Public Comment
* Department Reports we provided for Collector, Public Works, Treasurer, Wastewater, and Engineering.
* Resolution 2026-35 to install fencing at White and Beaver Lift Station for $20,290 - PASSED
* Discussion on Donation Ordinance/Policy - this will return with edits to rough draft, answers from legal, for further discussion.
* Discussion on reactivating the Park Advisory Committee - appointment of Trustee Costanza at the next meeting. We will begin taking resumes for those who wish to serve on this committee. (More to come).
* Check disbursements totaling $105,756.13 - PASSED
* Resolution 2026-44 retaining Troy Lee Excavating for Village Hall parking lot repairs - PASSED
* Ordinance 2026-20 adding language to Section 6-2-4-3 about responsibility of lien filing expenses due to Delinquent Payments - PASSED
* Discussed any possible changes to the Village Organization Chart. This will return as an ordinance.
* Discussed any possible changes to the Fall Quarterly Newsletter
* Entered into Executive Session at 8:09pm

Village Hall will be closed on Monday Sept. 7th in observance of Labor Day.
Planning and Zoning meeting Tuesday Sept. 8th at 6pm at Village Hall
Next Board of Trustees meeting is Wednesday Sept 9th, at 7pm at Village Hall.
