Municipal Utilities has become aware that spammers are spoofing our phone number today to make calls. The calls appear to be coming from our number but they are not actually placed from our office. We are looking into the situation.

This is how to register for Smarthub on a mobile device. Smarthub is our new payment system that launched this morning.

IMPORTANT: If you had automatic payments via credit card, those did not transfer over. Automatic payments via credit/debit card will need to be set up again in Smarthub. Autopay through bank draft / ACH did transfer and there is no action needed.

Municipal Utilities will be moving to to the Smarthub website and app for customers to pay their bill and look at info on their account. The new system will go live Monday 8/25/25. Our old system is shutting down and for the next few days our computer systems will be down. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are excited to roll out many features customers had requested in the past. I will put a brief information packet in the comments section of this post. Thank you!
