🍽️ Hunger doesn't always look the way you'd expect.

It's the parent skipping meals so their kids can eat. It's the senior citizen stretching a fixed income to the very last dollar. It's the family working full-time and still coming up short at the grocery store.

Hunger is closer to home than most people realize, and it's a need The Salvation Army works to meet every single day through food pantries, hot meals, and emergency assistance for families and individuals in crisis.

No one should have to choose between paying a bill and putting food on the table. Together, we can help change that.

Today begins the countdown to Christmas, but for a family struggling to put food on the table, someone facing an unexpected crisis, or a neighbor who simply needs a helping hand, help can't wait for the holidays.

So we're starting another countdown.

30 days. 30 people.

We're looking for 30 people who will say YES to becoming an Army of Hope Ambassador and giving monthly to help make sure The Salvation Army is ready when our neighbors need us.
