Make sure anything CMGT tells you, or you tell them, is documented or pictures, as CMGT drove through the neighborhood Friday while I was doing my garden, and she stopped and was staring at me, so I got up and was asking what she was looking at, and she flipped me off and pointed to her sign. I yelled hey hey hey but she just drove off. I do not care who you are or what you are doing, but if you dare flip me off in front of my home when staring at me like I am a freak, I have a problem with that. Now the board is asking me for evidence. Well, I am done, as when we pay them, and I need evidence, forget it.
This isn't a community anymore; CMGT is running us. and owning us.
Sorry, but doing my best to keep my house up when dying, so to be treated like that in front of my home, no, indeed not.
But now the HOA board will make CMGT have me as a target, so I should get my pocketbook ready because believe me, they will come after me.
I keep to myself, take care of my family and my home, so I just wish to be left alone.
