📢 IMPORTANT OMV CLOSURE NOTICE for Monday, September 14th.

Please take note of the upcoming OMV system modernization and staff training dates.

Toula Title will be CLOSED Monday, September 14th, 2026, as all OMV customer service centers will be closed that day, and Public Tag Agents and Auto Title Companies will be unable to process OMV transactions from Saturday, September 12th through Monday, September 14th.

Additionally, OMV’s website, ExpressLane.la.gov, and LA Wallet will be temporarily unavailable Saturday, September 12th through Sunday, September 13th.

🗓️ We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 15th.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as OMV works on these important system modernization efforts.

Please plan ahead if you have any title, registration, plate, or other OMV needs!

The monetary collection from the issuance of a New Orleans Saints license plate is used by Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District License Plate Fund. The money received from the royalty fees shall be used to fund improvements to the Louisiana Superdome. 🚗🏟️
