PCHA will be closed today due to inclement weather. Sorry for any inconvenience! Office hours will resume Thursday 2/20.

For outlying tenants- please drop faucets and keep your heat on to help prevent pipes from freezing!

PCHA does not have a waitlist for Broadway Plaza (50+ or on disability) and 4 bedroom unit. We have an extremely short waitlist for 2 bedroom duplex. Come by 201 E Broadway and fill out an application!

Ponca City Housing Authority can now take Credit Card Payments for your rent! (PCHA takes cards, check or money order. No cash) If you are a tenant, you just need to fill out the form and select what day of the month you would like to have your rent paid- either the 1st, 3rd, or 5th. Should you vacate your unit within the month, PCHA will follow their ACOP guidelines on returning your prorated rent and/or security deposit, if you qualify. PCHA has up to 30 days, per our policy to return funds, if applicable. Please keep in mind, you must submit a 30 day notice, in writing, if you are wanting to vacate. If your card is denied for whatever reason three times, you will not be able to pay via card and will need to pay via check or money order.
