NOW HIRING: POOL MANAGER!
The City of Polo is seeking a Pool Manager for the upcoming pool season! If you have leadership skills, enjoy working with people, and are passionate about pool safety and creating a fun summer experience for our community, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay: $17–$22 per hour
Seasonal Position: Generally April through September
Schedule: Full-time seasonal position; availability for days, evenings, and weekends is required.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily pool operations and maintenance
Supervising lifeguards and the assistant pool manager
Promoting pool safety and overseeing children's swim lessons
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Coordinating pool activities and special events
Qualifications include lifeguard certification, current First Aid/CPR certification, at least two years of lifeguard or recreation management experience, and a bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Recreation Administration, or equivalent years of experience.
