Over the years, we have fried a whole lot of cheese curds.

What many people don't see is everything that happens long before those curds ever make it into the fryer.

Every batch starts with hours of making hay, chopping silage, feeding calves, milking cows, processing milk, making cheese, packaging it, loading it up, and hauling it to events. It's truly a farm-to-fryer process.

Cheese curds are pretty special to us. In many ways, they're what helped put Guernsey Girl Creamery on the map. They represent a tremendous amount of hard work from our family and our cows, and we don't get the opportunity to fry them as often as we'd like.

This past weekend at Rodeo Polkville, you all showed up in a big way. We sold out both Friday and Saturday night, and we are incredibly grateful for every single person who stopped by our trailer.

Your support means more than you know and helps keep small family farms like ours going. We truly appreciate each and every one of you.
