Yesterday's Crafternoon group embraced the autumn season by creating terracotta scarecrows, beaded spiders, canning jar ring pumpkins, and pumpkin button art. Check out their masterpieces!

We invite you to join us next month for more fun as we unleash our inner architect and construct a spine-tingling, munchable graham cracker haunted house on Mon., Oct. 26 at 2:00! Not only will we supply the graham crackers and eerie candies, but we'll also provide the ingredients for you to whip up the scrumptious royal icing to cement and decorate your masterpiece. Feel free to bring your favorite apron if you want to flaunt your flair! Registration required. Ages 17+.

Then, on Thurs., Oct. 15 at 5:30 pm, Polk County Public Works and ISU Outreach Extension will guide us through a free Rain Barrel Workshop! All supplies will be provided. Registration is required and opens Sept. 15. Ages 17+. *Note: The 55 gallon rain barrel is able to fit in most backseats if lying on its side.
