Please join us if you are an aspiring local history buff. Tomales Bay Youth Center has the good fortune of being in partnership with the Jack Mason Museum of West Marin History. With our local historian, Dewey Livingston, we begin each season of Historical Walking Tours (for the downtown area of Point Reyes Station) with a few trainings and tours to add in, edit or augment our past years tour. As Dewey is constantly learning new details about our local history, we adjust our tours accordingly.
Please join us this next Thursday night, July 18th for the in-person training at the Point Reyes Library. Our youth/adult partnership has been sustained for 6 years and together, we hope to always bring forward what we know from our past to help guide and inform us as we move into the future.
We ask all youth and adults to please consider joining us this summer to offer the 2019 Historical Walking Tours. Thank you. Madeline
