Due to a lack of a quorum, the Point Marion Borough Council meeting scheduled for tomorrow has been canceled.

The meeting will be rescheduled for a later date, and notice will be provided once a new date has been determined.

🇺🇸 POINT MARION MEMORIAL DAY PARADE CANCELED 🇺🇸

Out of an abundance of caution due to the impending weather forecast, the Point Marion Memorial Day Parade scheduled for tomorrow has been canceled.

This decision was not made lightly. With the safety of our residents, participants, spectators, and especially the students in our Band and JROTC programs in mind, we feel this is the most responsible choice.

We sincerely appreciate everyone who planned to participate and support this year’s parade. Most importantly, we continue to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
