Thank you to for providing this wonderful list of phrases to say INSTEAD of "Stop Crying!"

As parents it can be triggering to hear our children crying and we want it to stop. But WE need to explore why we are feeling that way. In the moment when our children are crying, we need to validate and support their emotions.

Ready for a fun filled week.. Full of fun active activities.. (spring break here we come) will miss some of our children for they will be out of town but I am sure they will be having lots of fun:)

Had a great week so far.. we have been talking about nutrition and how we need to eat healthy and be active.. We have had some fun science projects edible and non edible .. Its been interesting to see how the children have been responding..and some of the comments:
