HUD has released the new income limits for Pocatello. These are effective immediately for all new admissions to HUD Subsidized properties.

You can donate items during the following timeframe:
Date:April 27th-May 14th
Time: 1pm-4:30pm.
Location: 4639 Yellowstone Ave. Chubbuck, ID 83202

Certain exclusions apply to accepting donations.*

The Garage Sale Fundraiser will take place at the same location on May 16th from 8am-2pm.

This event is hosted by Norco Medical for the Idaho Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association and the Walk to End Alzheimer's.

*They cannot accept the following:
- Chemicals
- Fuel Containers
- TVs
- Computer Monitors
- Tires
- Scrap Wood
- Scrap Metal
- Any appliances with refrigerant
- Certain items based on the state of cleanliness, excessive wear, damage, or large size

📅 August: Returns to your regular rent rate

This option allows you to secure your unit and leave your belongings while you're away. There is no need to move everything out!

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a current Elms resident
Must be returning for the fall term
Unit is for storage purposes only
No living or overnight stays permitted during June & July under this rate

⚠️ If you choose to stay in the unit during the summer, the discounted rate will not apply and full rent will be charged.
