NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS!
Monday, November 3, 2025 starting at 8am, Fire Protection of Arkansas will be here to perform routine inspections of your fire extinguishers. You may place your fire extinguisher on your front porch by 8am on Monday to avoid us having to come into your apartment. If your fire extinguisher is not on your front porch, we will be entering the unit to inspect it.

Pocahontas Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed pest control contractors to provide routine preventative pest control services, as well as bed bug and termite treatment services, for two separate properties totaling 185 units and related facilities.

The RFP packet for each property, which outlines the SOW, schedule, qualifications, and submission requirements, is available upon request. Interested firms may obtain a copy by contacting: Pocahontas Housing Authority Inc., 1320 Dalton Street, Pocahontas, AR 724455, 870-892-9278 or emailing [email protected] (preferred).

Proposals must be received no later than 11/3/2025 4:00pm at the address/email listed above. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Pocahontas Housing Authority, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Authority.

Hello All!! We are taking applications for 1 bedroom apartments. We are income based. We supply water and trash. You will need to apply at pha1320.com. I will need your identification/driver's license, social security card, proof of income (in the form of 3current paystubs, awards letter, or statement from employer or family that helps you with bills), and you will have to be able to pass a background check. We do have an immediate openings with more to come for 1 bedroom. This size apartment is for 1 to 2 people.
