All financial records of the Water and Sewer Department of the City of Pocahontas
are public records and are open for public inspection during regular business hours
of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday at the Water Department in
Pocahontas, Arkansas, located at 1608 Hwy 67 S.
If the record is in active use or in storage and, therefore, not available at the time a citizen
asked to examine it, the custodian shall certify this fact in writing to the applicant and set
a date and hour within three(3) days at which the record will be available for inspection.
