Today, we pause to honor and remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We remember the victims, their families, and the heroes whose courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

May we always remember. May we never forget. 🇺🇸

Today, Detroit VA joins our community and the nation in observing Patriot Day and the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
We remember the lives lost, honor the courage of the first responders and recognize the Veterans and service members who answered our nation’s call in the years that followed.
On Saturday, Sept. 12, VA’s National Day of Service and Remembrance will bring together volunteers at 144 participating national cemeteries across the country.
